No Problem! Glad to hear that your mac is performing as it should once again.
Just out of interest:
Instead of restarting your mac mini and then holding down the four keys, try this procedure. It will reset the P-RAM and the PMU (Power Management). It wont effect your mac in any way other than speeding it up, and resetting the date and time, but that's simple enough to change back once os x has booted.
1) Unplug all cables from the computer, including the power cord.
2) Wait 10 seconds.
3) Push and hold the power button whilst plugging in the power cord.
4) Let go of the power button.
5) Press the power button once more to start up your Mac mini
This should help your mac boot a lot faster.
As for the terminal commands, there is no real evidence that they have run on screen, so if you typed them in correctly and you were presented with the cursor block on the next line, chances are that they have run just fine.
